Elks Scholarship

My name is Bill Hanson and I am with the Sioux City Elks Lodge. We have worked in the past to get the word out regarding our MVS scholarship program to the schools in the Siouxland and surrounding areas. We are quickly approaching the deadline of December 2 for the applications to be returned to our lodge for the first round of judging and would like to include as many as we can.
