Herbert Hoover Uncommon Award

JUNIORS ONLY – HERBERT HOOVER UNCOMMON STUDENT AWARD - They are looking for imaginative, innovative and energetic teens so grades, test scores and class rank are NOT used in the criteria. Applicants must submit a project proposal and two letters of recommendation. Approximately 15 finalists are selected based on the ambitious nature of the stated project goal and the detailed plans to reach that goal. Applications are available at www.hooverassociation.org.
